I really enjoyed the pan bagnat and my salad. Even though I was in a hurry today because I had bad parking, I really appreciated the care taken in preparing the food and the friendliness of the young woman. 😊

A small bakery that packs a punch. Friendly staff, good products. A quick mention, though, of the slightly older gentleman in the kitchen who was preparing salmon salads and stirring avocados with lemon in a container with his bare hands, without gloves – no way. We don't approve; it would be good to consider the spread of bacteria.

I stopped by last weekend while passing through. I hesitated to choose this shop given the online reviews. But the storefront still made me want to go in. I only bought pastries, all very good, although it's true that some seemed a bit more expensive than in other shops. The service was fine; I didn't experience any disrespect. I conclude that this shop seems to be the target of regular bad reviews. Are there some jealous neighbors out there?
