On a weekend trip to Bagnères-de-Bigorre, We had dinner at 6:30 pm. The welcome was very warm, there was hardly any wait, and the dish was generous, beautifully presented, and delicious. The prices were very reasonable. I highly recommend this establishment 👌

Romantic dinner Sunday evening. The house cocktail was excellent and not too sweet, and the atmosphere was pleasant. The €21.50 set menu was generous, and the dessert was a selection of three fruits in fritters, flambéed with rum. The coffee was good. Highly recommended! 👍

28/08/2026: Exceptional Magnificent setting Welcomed by the Chef His motto: I cook simply but with the best ingredients thanks to my network of partners Example: he partnered with one of the best cheesemakers in the world to offer the finest matured cheeses of the region on his menu (the P'tit Mignon sheep's cheese made by the 4th best cheesemaker in the world, D. Bouchait) In addition to being a chef, he is a farmer and producer with 1400 head of cattle The meat is of exceptional quality, meltingly tender and cooked to perfection The desserts are equally impressive; I recommend the homemade blueberry tart topped with rum-infused whipped cream All this at very reasonable prices Oh, and the chef is a big rugby fan and, incidentally, a fan of the Toulouse club Nobody's perfect!
