Exceptional Magnificent setting Welcomed by the Chef His motto: I cook simply but with the best ingredients thanks to my network of partners Example: he partnered with one of the best cheesemakers in the world to offer the finest matured cheeses of the region on his menu (the P'tit Mignon sheep's cheese made by the 4th best cheesemaker in the world, D. Bouchait) In addition to being a chef, he is a farmer and producer with 1400 head of cattle The meat is of exceptional quality, meltingly tender and cooked to perfection The desserts are equally impressive; I recommend the homemade blueberry tart topped with rum-infused whipped cream All this at very reasonable prices Oh, and the chef is a big rugby fan and, incidentally, a fan of the Toulouse club Nobody's perfect! We arrived late, but the welcome was truly remarkable: we were received with exceptional care and kindness. The staff were incredibly attentive and exceptionally friendly, and the management was simply fabulous. The service was truly top-notch, befitting the establishment. A wonderful experience that I highly recommend. Without hesitation!

An incredible shoulder of lamb for Saturday evening the 15th... It's simple, it's straight from the producer to the consumer, you won't find better. At Abadie's, you're in for a treat! Excellent welcome upon arrival! The view from the terrace is simply magnificent and makes the meal even more enjoyable. I had the chance to taste Kobe beef for the first time during the barbecue evening: a magical experience. Not to mention the dry-aged rib-eye steak, absolutely exceptional. If you appreciate fine meat and quality local products, this establishment is a must-visit. We highly recommend it!
