Essentiel sur Rennes

Very good discovery. The dishes are tasty and of very high quality. The welcome is attentive. The service is a little long but nothing prohibitive 😉 there were people there that day.

We had dinner this evening at l'Essentiel, starters, main courses, cheese plates and desserts very delicious and served generously, the meal was delicious, well done to the kitchen team! A GIGANTIC thank you to the brunette waitress who welcomed and served us this evening. A lovely person who clearly loves his job. She advised us accurately and made us have an excellent time. A big thank you to her for her good humor and kindness!

Refined dishes, warm welcome, great experience, to do again!

Restaurant where you feel good. Fancy decor, warm welcome, dishes with original flavors served in quantity. The head waiter is perfect. She knows how to put us at ease while remaining discreet. Address to remember.

If I could have given even more stars, I would have! The cuisine is original, balanced and very well served (both in quantity and in the beauty of the plate). As for the place, the decoration is warm, subdued without being stuffy, you can only feel good there. But leaving a review without praising the service would be shameful! The head waiter was able to create a perfect distance between discretion, warmth and good humor; it is particularly rare to find such pleasant servers. Flawless!

The welcome is very friendly and friendly, you feel welcome. The restaurant offers a lovely view of the canal and the boats moored there. The cuisine is tasty and based on fresh produce. The quality/price ratio is very good. A very nice discovery, we will come back!
