A warm and friendly place where the food is excellent. The crème brûlée is to die for, delicious with a little coffee just like grandma used to make. I will definitely go back.

We went there Sunday evening for the first time and were pleasantly surprised. A warm and welcoming place with incredibly friendly staff. Thank you to the kind lady who even lent me a shawl as we were sitting on the terrace. The staff really take care of you, and on top of that, the food is excellent and the prices are more than reasonable. We highly recommend spending an evening at L'Estaminet in Beuvry-la-Forêt. You're sure to be charmed. A big thank you for this wonderful evening; we will definitely be back. We've found a simple, friendly, and welcoming place.

Very warm welcome. My husband ordered a Maroilles tart as a starter, which arrived cold and burnt on top (I forgot to take a picture). The waiter didn't charge us for it at the end when we paid, and he apologized. Apart from that, everything was positive. The dishes are good; I thoroughly enjoyed the roasted Camembert with thyme and honey, and my husband had the veal escalope with Maroilles cheese. For dessert, we each had a chicory crème brûlée, which was very good. The service was impeccable, and the staff very attentive. The owner is wonderful and enjoys chatting with her customers. I highly recommend this bistro.

A journey back in time to the era of unpretentious taverns where you could eat good, homemade food in a period setting. Just one small drawback: the chairs are rather worn and could do with being replaced, or even better, renovated to preserve the spirit of the place.

I recently stopped by for a ribeye and a T-bone steak. The staff were welcoming and friendly; you can feel the "traditional pub" atmosphere that some other restaurants lack. The cuts of meat were excellent, with pretty good value for money. In short, it's exactly what you'd expect from a traditional pub: friendly staff and good food!

Nice, but be careful with the meat; rare is actually blue, so we asked for it to be cooked longer, and it was just right. We went twice, nothing exceptional, pleasant service, decent food, although the first time some items on the charcuterie platter were already cooked. Otherwise, friendly waiter, relaxed atmosphere. They forgot the bread twice. We asked. Service was sometimes a little slow.
