A truly wonderful example of professionalism and honesty! I contacted La Croix ou Pile because I couldn't identify a credit card payment I'd made there a few weeks earlier. The team was incredibly friendly and took the time to investigate with me to understand what might have happened. They were even prepared to reimburse me if it turned out they'd made a mistake. Finally, after doing some research on my own, I found the source of the payment: no error on the restaurant's part, simply an oversight on my part! I wanted to emphasize their kindness, their helpfulness, and above all, their honesty. Such a rare and commendable attitude deserves to be highlighted. Thank you again to the whole team!

Another must-try in the region, the seasonal cuisine is exceptional and matched only by the friendly, efficient, and discreet service. I'm deducting a star for the ambiance, mainly to avoid a perfect 20/20, but because the noise, evenly distributed throughout the different rooms, remains the restaurant's biggest drawback: it's very crowded... The price of well-deserved success, I suppose.

I've known this place for 45 years and it's changed a lot. From a Sunday café, it's become a very good restaurant. Impeccable service, friendly, smiling, attentive... Excellent cuisine, classic but good, not too fancy, just enough to be appreciated, and both traditional and trendy dishes (like pluma). So we'll be back. I rarely give 5 stars...

Let's start with the incredibly kind and welcoming service... we were with an elderly person with reduced mobility. Despite the busy time, they prepared a perfectly accessible table for us, and cushions for Grandma. We were seated on the terrace, and when the sun came out, they even offered us a parasol. At our request, the young children were served promptly. All our dishes were delicious. The mussels, the lamb steak tartare, the vegetables were all perfectly cooked, and the fries were excellent. Everyone, young and old, enjoyed their meal. The terrace is particularly pleasant during this heatwave, and the children's play area is a welcome feature during family meals. Thank you to the entire team for this wonderful experience. We will gladly return.

Upon entering, we said hello, and after what seemed like an eternity, we received a response from the owner. Basically, the owner only greets you when she feels like it. You're given the menu and then left to find your own seat, without even being shown to it. The servers, however, were very pleasant. We waited 45 minutes for two salads and a plate of nuggets, even though the restaurant was only half full and there were enough staff to serve everyone. I think they have a serious management problem in the kitchen. We ordered fries without salt, and they arrived salted. The waitress asked us about desserts, and my son ordered chocolate mousse, even though we clearly didn't have time. She came back 10 minutes later to tell us they were out of chocolate mousse. When it came time to pay, the server didn't even ask if everything was alright; he assumed it was. But in the end, our waitress made up for it by offering us a chocolate crepe and a lollipop.

We had a wonderful time at this restaurant with our baby, thank you for your incredibly attentive welcome!!
