Simple and efficient cuisine, friendly - charming setting, very warm welcome, fast service. The little ones -: pressure charged at €7 and +++ noise at a low-volume hour, independent of the will of the owner who tried to channel the young children.

Excellent restaurant, friendly welcome, some original dishes and above all a very nice selection of mixed rums.

Second visit, we were not disappointed: the dishes are very good, we enjoyed ourselves. Top setting and warm welcome. We had a great evening Today, lunch with the family on the terrace of La Cantine in Daumesnil: beautiful and large terrace with large tables (rare in Paris!!!), parasols, vegetation and a nice distance between the tables which allowed us to chat quietly (happiness), despite the fact that the terrace was full. I ordered a delicious filet of tender salmon with sautéed vegetables and a little sauce to die for (I wish I had the recipe please!), for my husband a tapas plate with tuna rillettes, cod acras e-x-t-r-a (not rubbery balls) etc with a very good sauce. The children opted for a very generous 'Smurfs' menu. Thank you La Cantine, see you soon!

Friendly place and good food Great decor

Tested to go for a drink only, so could not test the catering part, the place is very warm, the waiter very welcoming, we had a good time and will come back to try a meal with pleasure.
