11/08/2026: We recently returned to a Buffalo Grill and were so glad we did, so we decided to stop at this one again, but this time it was a real letdown. The welcome was cold, and if we could have been seated ourselves, I think we would have. The service was deplorable: the waiter wasn't smiling, practically wearing a blazer, showed no kindness whatsoever, even towards the children, and communication was nonexistent (I think there's a minimum level of respect and consideration required when interacting with customers, or else they should find another line of work). On the other hand, even though I found the portions smaller than at other Buffalo Grills, the food was still good and well-prepared. The 3 stars are solely for the food, because the welcome and service were a disaster; we won't be returning. Best of luck, and thank you to the chefs.
