The waitress, Lyne I think, was very friendly and energetic. The food is very good, especially the sauce, which is what I come for in particular!

There were four of us on a Thursday evening, and we had a great time. The welcome was excellent; the waitress and her manager were friendly, and we had a good laugh with them. 🍾🥂 The food was good, just a minor complaint about the fries, which were a bit too dry. The terrace is lovely. We'll gladly come back.

The food lived up to what you'd expect from a bistro chain. The tartares were well-seasoned, and the duck breast was cooked perfectly. The unlimited side dishes were a welcome touch for those with a bigger appetite. The standard portion, however, will satisfy most appetites. Special mention goes to the staff; from the moment they arrived until the next table, smiles and good cheer were the order of the day. Lynne, the waitress, took the time to stop at each table to check on the guests' satisfaction, all while ensuring efficient service with her colleagues. The terrace is pleasant; without being over the top, it allows you to forget you're in the middle of a shopping area, and we had a very enjoyable meal there!

A perfect welcome with a lovely terrace. A bit of a reservation on the weekend, so I came during the week around 8:40 pm. Perfect service, excellent quality and quantity. Highly recommended.

First time eating at this restaurant chain. Good value for money. The only downside was the fries and their sauce. No other sauces, like pepper. Very welcoming and good service.

11/08/2026: We recently returned to a Buffalo Grill and were so glad we did, so we decided to stop at this one again, but this time it was a real letdown. The welcome was cold, and if we could have been seated ourselves, I think we would have. The service was deplorable: the waiter wasn't smiling, practically wearing a blazer, showed no kindness whatsoever, even towards the children, and communication was nonexistent (I think there's a minimum level of respect and consideration required when interacting with customers, or else they should find another line of work). On the other hand, even though I found the portions smaller than at other Buffalo Grills, the food was still good and well-prepared. The 3 stars are solely for the food, because the welcome and service were a disaster; we won't be returning. Best of luck, and thank you to the chefs.
