First experience at this Regent!! We want to emphasize that, despite being understaffed, the servers are lovely and super efficient (fast and very organized service). No complaints whatsoever.
Very professional and pleasant service.
The meat and the famous sauce are always delicious and perfectly cooked.
One of our pieces of meat was tough, but it was immediately replaced.
I highly recommend it.

A warm and welcoming reception, both at the front of house and with the staff. Our waiter, Anas, was lovely, smiling, and attentive to our 2-year-old—a rare and truly appreciated quality!
The Bistrot burger was very good, and apparently the duck, chicken, and beef tartare were also excellent! The desserts were fantastic!
We were a table of six plus a little one, and the service was attentive and quick. A truly successful first experience at Bistrot Régent in Chambray—thank you all!

More than half an hour wait for 4 courses (2 adults and 2 children), only to end up with dishes we hadn't ordered... and I'll spare you the rest of the adventure... I must admit I don't understand the overall rating of this restaurant, so I'm taking the liberty of doing my best to rectify this.

Excellent meal. Very warm welcome. Quick service. Beautiful presentation. No complaints about the food or the service.
However, I was disappointed that the toilet floor was sticky.
