An enchanting interlude at St. Bath today. Friendly welcome, excellent meal, and a boat tour that's a must. Gilles, our "boat captain," passionately explains his work as an oyster farmer. A truly interesting experience. A real treat!

The sunset over the pond is fantastic, as are the house oysters! :) The young waiters are very friendly. One small drawback is the size of the tables for four, which are sometimes a bit narrow for seating, the trays, the bottles, etc. We love it and come back regularly.

We were captivated by the St Pierre and were enchanted by the St Barth! No frills, in an idyllic setting, the pleasure of tasting fine products on the banks of the Thau lagoon. A timeless moment!

03/09/2024: Every year, we come to dine in this excellent restaurant with pleasure. For the welcome, the quality of the dishes offered and the service. I warmly recommend. Special mention to an original and delicious apple pie that I discovered this year in September.
02/09/2024: Great value and great tasting food. Lovely location on the Harbourside. Service efficient and friendly. The 3 course menu was just the right amount of food, and everything was beautifully presented.
