We also had fresh snails, prawns and mussels (the latter of which I highly, highly recommend) that was caught quite literally in the lagoon that you can see. You cannot get seafood that is nicer and fresher than this, not to mention that the menu is of a grandiose selection! You have so many choices of seafood, size of oysters and type and all sorts of things that probably make more sense to a frenchman than myself. And the sunset is oh-so-gorgeous. You can smell the sea, you eat well, you drink well, and just as if it couldn’t get any better - the sun kisses you as it says its goodbyes! What a perfect restaurant to go to. It is also very reasonably priced, and for food this good, worth every penny. The service is good and fast, and I know it might be a little hard to get here, out of the way, but it is worth any effort. Do yourself a favour, and go.

A little paradise lost on earth....

We'd been saying we'd come for over a year, and we finally did on September 19th at 8 pm. We had a wonderful time! The terrace overlooking the pond is magical, and the original decor with the oyster shells is lovely. The hot oysters were amazing!!! The service and welcome were top-notch. We'll definitely be back...

A lovely evening in a unique and serene setting. A very warm welcome. The Tarbouriech oysters are excellent. One small suggestion, however: they deserve to be served with better bread, rye bread for example.

The 2026 season has just begun, and Saint Barth is still at its best. A magical place to enjoy top-of-the-range oysters or a mussel stew prepared according to Grandma's recipe. Summer evenings, dinner on the terrace, aperitifs on the pontoon, and the panoramic view of the Thau Lagoon at sunset are simply so romantic.
