We return to it every time we pass through Sète; the architectural setting of its old oyster huts, as soon as we enter, we are drawn in by the Thau lagoon and the view of Mont Saint Clair in the evening is even more magnificent.....

The only slight drawback was the size of the mussels in the brasucade. I recommend warning customers beforehand to avoid disappointment, especially compared to what we've enjoyed for years. Despite this, it was a very pleasant experience for our annual "pilgrimage" to this wonderful establishment.

Our experience three years ago was fantastic! Today, we can confidently say that this restaurant is the best in the area. The service is incredibly professional (thanks to the student who even took a last-minute dip in the pond 🫶💪), the oysters are top-quality, and the mussels I've ever had. A must-try! 💕😘

The 2026 season has just begun, and Saint Barth is still at its best. A magical place to enjoy top-of-the-range oysters or a mussel stew prepared according to Grandma's recipe. Summer evenings, dinner on the terrace, aperitifs on the pontoon, and the panoramic view of the Thau Lagoon at sunset are simply so romantic.

20/08/2026: As always, it's a magical escape! The staff is incredibly friendly, the setting by the water is idyllic, and their brasucade is simply divine! 😍 I highly recommend it!

16/08/2026: A very good restaurant, visited at lunchtime, drawn in by a menu that immediately reveals a real dedication to the kitchen. The wine recommendation was spot-on and paired beautifully with the dishes. Special mention goes to the gratinated oysters (a good size, creamy leek sauce that wasn't cloying), the monkfish (fish of the day), and the stuffed squid (fish stuffing, herbs, and bread) with a rich, flavorful sauce and perfectly cooked, delicious seasonal vegetables. We didn't have room for dessert as the portions (à la carte dishes) were quite generous. Thank you!
