This isn't our first dinner here, and I hope it won't be our last. We like this restaurant, even though, as is often the case, the portions are smaller, but the prices are still reasonable for now. The value for money is good.

We had a wonderful time; the waiter was very friendly and attentive (I've forgotten his name). The meal was absolutely delicious. Living in the south now, it was a pleasure to eat local food (nothing beats our good old Alsatian cuisine).

A temple of conviviality, an iconic restaurant on the outskirts of Strasbourg. You can enjoy hearty meals of Alsatian specialties there. It had been a few years since we'd last eaten there, and the pleasure remained undiminished.

24/02/2026: Excellent meal with foie gras, scallops, beef fillet, and desserts. Good advice on wines by the glass. I booked for my daughter's birthday, and it was perfect. Impeccable welcome and service. I highly recommend it.

02/02/2026: Restaurant in Schiltigheim. Lovely outdoor terrace. Very friendly waitress. Varied menu, but predominantly Alsatian. Excellent tarte flambée. Dame Blanche (Alsatian dessert) too. Reasonable prices. Pleasant place. Second visit in January 2026. The service is still just as friendly, as is the setting. We opted for the pizzas (2 pizzas for €20). They were classic, no-frills, and good. It cost us €20 including an aperitif, pizza, a glass of wine, and a cappuccino. What more could you ask for? A good address in Schiltigheim, one of the few in this neighborhood that still serves traditional cuisine.
25/01/2026: Pleasantly surprised. Excellent restaurant. Generous and high-quality dishes. Very good food and staff ready to meet your expectations.
