The opening time (11:30 pm) is good; it's nice that there are still restaurants that serve late. However, the portion sizes are no longer what made the restaurant enjoyable in the first place.

A pleasant experience overall, with one slight drawback this time: the service. What was presented as convenient offers turned out to be three additional charges of €2.50 each. We were told this was indicated on the menu, but it seems to me that this should have been clearly stated so we could have made a choice. The menu isn't meant to be read in its entirety as terms and conditions.

We had a wonderful time at this restaurant. Special thanks to the new waiter (who arrived two days ago), who greatly contributed to making our visit so enjoyable. A real ray of sunshine in the dining room! :) Thank you again!

02/02/2026: Restaurant in Schiltigheim. Lovely outdoor terrace. Very friendly waitress. Varied menu, but predominantly Alsatian. Excellent tarte flambée. Dame Blanche (Alsatian dessert) too. Reasonable prices. Pleasant place. Second visit in January 2026. The service is still just as friendly, as is the setting. We opted for the pizzas (2 pizzas for €20). They were classic, no-frills, and good. It cost us €20 including an aperitif, pizza, a glass of wine, and a cappuccino. What more could you ask for? A good address in Schiltigheim, one of the few in this neighborhood that still serves traditional cuisine.

26/01/2026: We came to Côté Lac restaurant on Saturday, January 24th to celebrate our son's 20th birthday, and everything was absolutely perfect. From the moment we made the reservation by phone, the welcome was very pleasant and professional. Once there, the welcome, the service, and of course the food were excellent from start to finish. A truly wonderful experience in a lovely setting, with an attentive team and high-quality cuisine. A big thank you to the entire team for helping to make this evening such a success. We will definitely be back!
20/01/2026: The food is nicely tasted and very well decorated. The fish was done just in the right timing with the perfect taste. The wine paired with the meal is adequate. We like the modern interior of the restaurant and the service is friendly yet professional. It’s worthy of visiting again!
