I had the all you can eat Flammkuchen and it was definitely worth it. The staff was very friendly. I can't say much about the atmosphere because it was empty but it was a good experience.

Nice concept. Reservations are necessary on weekends, otherwise you won't get a table or you'll only be able to grab a quick bite and therefore miss out on the all-you-can-eat offer. There are many different types of tarte flambée.

I thoroughly enjoyed myself. The flammekueches were delicious. Moreover, the variety of choices is a welcome change from the usual fare. The staff is kind, pleasant, and always smiling. The dining area is comfortable.

Good flammekueche, but be aware that the all-you-can-eat option isn't available if everyone at the table doesn't order it (if there are two of you)! A shame! Prices are reasonable though!

We came twice to Strasbourg for Flam‘s in 2025. The best Quality Flammekuchs and AllyouCanEat, with the option to make all vegetarian. Friendly staff. Very busy place though Reservation recommended. We have a few AllyouCanEat Flammkuchen Restaurants in germany too, but this one‘s the best without a doubt.

The food would have been delicious if it weren't so cold inside that the food got cold in no time. I didn't even want to take off my hat and scarf; other guests were sitting in the restaurant wearing jackets.

01/12/2024: An excellent tarte flambée (mushroom gratin) which we enjoyed! Special mention for Chloé, an adorable waitress, whose kindness contrasts pleasantly with certain receptions that are sometimes a little cold in Alsace! The glowing reindeer in the corner adds a truly charming decorative touch. THANKS :)
