A real treat for the taste buds and the eyes! It's so nice to be able to experience the ambiance of the kitchens in real time, with precise presentation of the wonderful dishes. I recommend without moderation.

Very good restaurant. The appetizers are exceptional and the dishes are of high quality although there are few big risks taken. Unfortunately the tomato dish is a failure (tasteless and unprocessed tomatoes and fish stock of no real interest) which is really not worthy of a Michelin star. The staff and service are impeccable.

Lunch on site, late reservation but accepted without credit card imprint. Excellent value for money, at the level of a well-deserved star, a cuisine that highlights the quality of the products. Exceptional sommelier with quality food/wine pairing.

Food is very good. The room is hot in summer and a/c seems struggling with a full house.

I've been wanting to come for a long time and I wasn't disappointed! We had a wonderful evening, a very tasty meal, I can't say which is better between the cuisine and the service. Really looking forward to coming to the Petrus brewery!

Excellent meal. Refined cuisine for vegetarians... Rare in Paris! An exceptional address to remember.

A very nice experience! The service is fast and friendly. Cauliflower is particularly delicious. For vegetarians, the menu is very suitable!

Sympa restaurant with a good value lunch. As I was alone, I felt welcome at the bar as you can observe one of the chefs preparing the starters. The lunch menu said ‘parfum végétal’ which does not mean you get a vegan or vegetarian menu but that the menu is for a large part plant based. The first dish was cauliflower puree and some slices of raw cauliflower with vanilla dressing. Next were scallops, green sliced raw asparagus, hazelnuts, sliced olives, herbs and lemon juice and a sauce. For me, there were too many flavours and it was a bit acidic. Next dish was really delicious, with veal (succulent and perfect cuisson), white asparagus, wild garlic?, intense sauce and two purees. Loved this dish! The desert was also delicious and contained a pistachio ice cream. Refined dessert with good flavours. I am not a big fan of desserts but I loved this. The wine pairing was good, with a white and red bourgogne, a bone dry white bordeaux and an excellent dessert wine from Germany (Spätauslese 2015). Service was impeccable and good atmosphere with the chef singing along with the music. Thanks for the lovely lunch!
