Takeaway order placed. When collecting the order, the manager questioned the payment of the customer before us, in a rather condescending tone, even though the mistake was theirs. When we got home, the sauces and baguettes we had specifically ordered were missing. I had already had this issue with other managers who had offered a goodwill gesture, but this time we were met with a cold tone, an intonation that suggested he didn't understand our call. For a €75 order, the least one could expect is that it be complete. And at the end of the call, there was no goodwill gesture, just a "Thank you for calling, have a good evening"...

This is our third time here. The food is fantastic, as are the atmosphere and the incredibly friendly service – it's truly appreciated. We highly recommend it.

If you'd like to enjoy a Japanese meal prepared by people passionate about Japanese culture, I highly recommend it. Thank you again for the unlimited homemade black sesame ice cream, which was absolutely delicious!
