Flunch sur Chambray-Les-Tours

A very bad experience at Flunch. The restaurant was dirty (tables not cleared, sticky floor), and the staff seemed overwhelmed and unfriendly. The buffet was poorly stocked: several empty dishes, cold and dry vegetables, soggy fries… The quality was really disappointing. For a self-service restaurant, you expect at least some freshness and a minimum level of care. In addition, the wait at the register was long even though it wasn't very busy. In short, a disappointing experience. I don't think I'll be back.

It's okay in a pinch, the quality isn't great, it's a shame they don't always have green beans, it must cost too much...

Lunch was on a weekday, so it wasn't too busy. They were out of mashed potatoes, but after asking, a full plate was brought to them within 5 minutes. A bit more meat (pieces of beef, ham, chicken) would be welcome in the build-your-own bowl appetizers. A few more microwaves would be helpful.

Very satisfied with my first order, good value for money, and the telephone service at the Chambray Flush was very pleasant. My guests were delighted with the service. I recommend it.

Disappointed... a beautiful picture of sauerkraut whetted my appetite... but the sauerkraut lacked vibrancy... with little flavor... potatoes would have been welcome... the bacon was bland... a shame, otherwise it was cooked well. As for the cheese: the brie was "crusty," so dry around the edges... and the salad pictured alongside it was beyond words! Otherwise, the vegetables at the buffet were hot, and the replenishment was fairly quick despite the crowd.

Friendly welcome. The all-you-can-eat vegetables were adequate. However, the meat was served in very small portions; there was far too much sauce, despite the overall price being quite high. A meal cost €20 per person for a main course and dessert.

Nice place, but all Flunch locations are the same, not much choice in vegetables. I went back two days later, much more choice in everything 👏👏👏

Acceptable, staff, food. However, the cleanliness needs improvement 😡 Went to your restaurant on Sunday, October 26th... it was already there 🤨 Sunday, November 2nd, returned, sat at the same table... and there were the same stains on the floor, in the same place... no cleaning 😡 The children's play area was the same... disappointed 🤔. In addition, someone was walking around the Flunch restaurant, took a carafe, filled it, drank from the spout, and put it back among the carafes as if nothing had happened 😌 and left with their hands in their pockets 😡 Please... pay attention to the people who come in!!! Where is the hygiene 🤨. The cleaning machine should be everywhere, and the cleaning should be done before customers arrive 🤨 What a shame 🤔
