This is the second time we've been greeted by Alexis at the till during our visit to Flunch Arras. Smiling, attentive, and pleasant, he manages to add that little something extra that elevates the experience to 5 stars. I particularly want to highlight his commitment to inclusivity. As for the rest: the restaurant is clean and well-maintained, and there's a children's play area (a bit small and could be better maintained, but it's a welcome addition in a world where kids' spaces are becoming increasingly rare). The food is simple, allowing for a varied and quick meal.

Good Flunch. But if you want a sandwich, you don't have many choices compared to the Flunch in Vendin-le-Vieil. The restrooms need updating, as there's always a smell coming from the drains (I assume). The children's play area isn't exactly new either... This Flunch is a bit outdated. The meals are the same as in other Flunch restaurants in the area. Friendly staff.

The water is terrible; the machine and its filters need to be checked. And the toilets are shameful; just pushing open the door gives off a nauseating smell. It's deplorable to see this kind of place these days. Flunch isn't what it used to be!

Disappointed with the paella, I had the leftovers from the pot, reheated from lunch and then reheated and served again in the evening – completely dried out and inedible!!!!

For the price, the quality is decent. Pay attention to the cleanliness of the room and the playing area.

L'Artisan Gourmand

23/09/2026: The dish of the day was very good, but the fries were inedible—a kind of fried mashed potato wrapped in parchment paper. A shame, because the service was excellent and the dish was well-prepared.
24/07/2026: I only got takeaway sandwiches, so it's hard to judge the rest.

Brussel's Cafe

15/09/2026: "A wonderful discovery! The welcome at Brussel's Café was warm and the service attentive from beginning to end. The dishes are delicious, prepared with fresh ingredients, and beautifully presented. A real treat from appetizer to dessert. The atmosphere is pleasant and friendly. I highly recommend this place and will gladly return! On behalf of the Paul Corteville Guide Dog Association, we thank you for the excellent welcome you extended to us."
06/09/2026: We booked a private room at Brussels Café in Arras to celebrate a birthday and had a fantastic time! 🎉 Having the entire room to ourselves was perfect for being together and fully enjoying the evening. The food was excellent, with generous portions and delicious dishes. 🍽️ A huge thank you to the staff for their outstanding service: welcoming, friendly, and attentive throughout the evening. Everyone had a wonderful time, and we highly recommend them for birthdays or any other event! Thanks again to the whole team! 😊
