Easy ordering. Satisfied with the quality. However, when you come to collect the order outside of opening hours, it's not easy to get the door opened.

A real Plan D, in the best sense of the word. You know what to expect, and it's more than adequate for a day when you need to eat but don't have time to cook... The shopping carts for carrying the baby, their meal, and their own tray are fantastic!!! You can tell the child is welcome, and that's lovely ;-) The little ice cream bar is the icing on the cake for my daughter, not to mention the games and the carousel.

A consistently friendly welcome. Convenient. Varied dishes and unlimited vegetables. Much better than a fast-food restaurant.

I found it a bit cleaner, which is good, but could be even better. The reception was good, but could be improved. It would be much better if it closed at 10 pm on Saturdays and Sundays.

Knowing how to transform customer disappointments into a wonderful customer experience is a highly sought-after skill for service industry managers.
We had shopped at IKEA and wanted to eat at Flunch with our little one.
Several things, some directly attributable to Flunch and others completely unrelated, had spoiled our enjoyment of this family outing. But thanks to Ababacar's expertise and interpersonal skills, we had a very pleasant time and will gladly return, thanks to him.

The staff is very warm and welcoming. As for the food, it's a Flunch, neither good nor bad (though it's pretty good).
I enjoyed it and I think I'll go back. However, I find it's aged compared to my memories from about ten years ago.
