The staff were incredibly kind. I ordered a birthday cake, but it wasn't available. They prepared plates with several cakes instead, and it was delicious. Thank you!

The place was sorely lacking in sauce for the mussels; I was disappointed about that, as other people in front of me were asking for sauce for their mussels.

I've never been disappointed before, but tonight I left unhappy.
I ordered an andouillette sausage, went to the prepared food counter, waited, and 10 minutes later was told to queue next door, which I did. When I got to the server, I showed him my ticket, and he told me to come back in 15 minutes so he could reheat it. 15 minutes passed, and then I was told, "Sorry, they're out." I asked what I could get instead, and he barely gave me a response. In short, I left with a steak instead. The service was completely unacceptable.

This Flunch restaurant is failing to resolve a problem we've been dealing with for months. By a strange coincidence, we had two Flunch cards. After requesting the cancellation of one of them (the other having been lost), both were supposedly deleted, and we were told to request a new one to transfer our accumulated points. During our last visit, I explained everything, and it turns out the account still exists under the number of the lost card. So why did you even bother with this request if you knew you hadn't taken the necessary steps after my initial inquiry?
