The review is positive because the food was very good and, above all, because the error in taking the order was handled appropriately by the manager. Anyone can make a mistake, especially with inexperience, but it's not a big deal. The waitress was kind and helpful, and the manager resolved the issue. When something like this happens, it doesn't always go smoothly, hence the 5 stars.

I came for lunch today with my partner.
I ordered a Caesar salad.
The chicken wasn't breaded.
Not good at all.
I pointed it out.
They didn't charge me for the salad. A nice gesture.
However, it's a shame the cook didn't grill the chicken.
Apparently, the regular cook was off duty.
The last time I came, the Caesar salad was delicious.
I'm disappointed.
Next time we'll have lunch somewhere else.

I ordered two cakes for my children's birthdays and they were absolutely delicious! 🎂✨ The cakes were as beautiful as they were tasty, very well made, and enjoyed by all the guests.

We hired Paul Catering to cater the buffet for our Annual General Meeting, and we were extremely satisfied.
The selection of food was high-quality and varied. Delivery was on time and handled by a punctual and friendly person.
