The review is positive because the food was very good and, above all, because the error in taking the order was handled appropriately by the manager. Anyone can make a mistake, especially with inexperience, but it's not a big deal. The waitress was kind and helpful, and the manager resolved the issue. When something like this happens, it doesn't always go smoothly, hence the 5 stars.

I came for lunch today with my partner. I ordered a Caesar salad. The chicken wasn't breaded. Not good at all. I pointed it out. They didn't charge me for the salad. A nice gesture. However, it's a shame the cook didn't grill the chicken. Apparently, the regular cook was off duty. The last time I came, the Caesar salad was delicious. I'm disappointed. Next time we'll have lunch somewhere else.

I ordered two cakes for my children's birthdays and they were absolutely delicious! 🎂✨ The cakes were as beautiful as they were tasty, very well made, and enjoyed by all the guests. Thank you for your professionalism, your kindness, and your high-quality work. I highly recommend this bakery.

We hired Paul Catering to cater the buffet for our Annual General Meeting, and we were extremely satisfied. The selection of food was high-quality and varied. 03/07/2026: A pleasant surprise, we were expecting a bad reception given the previous reviews. But it was a pleasant surprise; we went as a family on Monday evening, June 29th. The young woman at the till was really helpful and kind. The cooks were also very kind; you can tell there aren't many staff, but they do their job. The first cook served us at our table because we were running late. And I saw the second one helping clear the tables because customers were leaving their trays on them. Well done to the team, it's tough. As for the taste, it's still Flunch.
