With the restaurant's new layout, there's only one queue. You order and pick up your dessert and drink at the counter on a tray, and the hot dishes are served in the dining room. The chicken burger is no longer anything special: a huge (and rather good) bun and a small portion of breaded chicken (even for a small appetite). Big bun and little meat—I suppose that makes up for the increased cost of ingredients. The side of potato salad is pleasant and well-seasoned. Everything arrives on a board that doesn't fit on the small tray. The glass of water was a little lukewarm. Nothing is fundamentally bad, but it could be much better, like it was a while ago...

Great bakery from the chain with pretty good dishes, both savory and sweet.

The review is positive because the food was very good and, above all, because the error in taking the order was handled appropriately by the manager. Anyone can make a mistake, especially with inexperience, but it's not a big deal. The waitress was kind and helpful, and the manager resolved the issue. When something like this happens, it doesn't always go smoothly, hence the 5 stars.

I came for lunch today with my partner. I ordered a Caesar salad. The chicken wasn't breaded. Not good at all. I pointed it out. They didn't charge me for the salad. A nice gesture. However, it's a shame the cook didn't grill the chicken. Apparently, the regular cook was off duty. The last time I came, the Caesar salad was delicious. I'm disappointed. Next time we'll have lunch somewhere else.

The staff were absolutely lovely. A very warm welcome. We had a wonderful time.

I ordered two cakes for my children's birthdays and they were absolutely delicious! 🎂✨ The cakes were as beautiful as they were tasty, very well made, and enjoyed by all the guests. Thank you for your professionalism, your kindness, and your high-quality work. I highly recommend this bakery.

We hired Paul Catering to cater the buffet for our Annual General Meeting, and we were extremely satisfied. The selection of food was high-quality and varied. Extremely expensive!!! Especially since many of the items are products bought for resale... But that's not what bothers me; it's the price of a hot drink or breakfast.
