We are very regular customers of this Flunch restaurant, and I gave it 5 stars because everything is great except for the children. While the service for main courses has improved significantly, the ice cream service is still not up to par. My daughter waited over 10 minutes for a scoop of ice cream, some very rude people cut in front of her, and luckily a gentleman arrived later, just as she was about to be served, and said it was her turn. In short, I'm leaving this review because I've said nothing too many times, and this time, being seated at the table opposite the ice cream counter, I finally lost my temper. I hope there will be a change in attitude. We come here partly for the children.

This place is a little Proustian madeleine for me; it's where I used to come as a child with my parents, and it hasn't changed a bit 🩷
The service is excellent, especially in the kitchen. The chef who serves the meat is very pleasant and always brings a smile 😊
The dishes are still as varied as ever, the prices are reasonable [€20 on average per person], and it's child-friendly with a play area to keep them entertained, as well as wheelchair accessible.
I hope to return to this place in a few months during my next trip to Lyon.

The quality is "classic" that you find in most cafeterias, but I've noticed a decrease in the size of the meat (a bit of a shame...).
