Flunch sur Charleville-Mezieres

A clear improvement in hygiene. More choice in vegetables. The price is a little too high.

The staff is particularly friendly and attentive. I called around 6:30 p.m. to ask if it was necessary to reserve a table for 8 people, I was told that the restaurant did not take reservations but that there should be no problem When we arrived there had a lot of people and we were pleasantly surprised to find that the person I spoke to on the phone had arranged for us to have a table anyway. We had a problem cooking the salmon which we reported to the kitchen, and they were very kindly recooked for us (with apologies and a smile) In short, it is a restaurant where the staff, in addition to being friendly, are responsive and professional when you encounter and politely report an inconvenience (which can happen!).

Good value for money, varied vegetables and unlimited. Friendly and friendly staff

Really too bad there are no longer pizzas on the menu. It will lose customers.

Always nice to come to this Flunch, we did the ones in Calais, Thionville, Reims and Mont-Saint-Martin and this is the one in Charleville, our favorite. 08 represents. The staff is very friendly, whether on the grill and cooking side or at the cash register. Special mention to a cashier who is always very friendly, who is even very enthusiastic. She's a little lady, short hair and glasses. A real little ray of sunshine capable of putting the most depressed person in a good mood. From my point of view as a customer, it also seems to me that there is very good understanding between the staff members and mutual assistance. In terms of dishes, it’s great. We don't come for gourmet food and we get what we pay for. I just hope pizza makes a comeback next year. My only small criticism is the fact that I noticed a person who appeared to be staff and who displayed their religious affiliations. I'll be frank, I don't want to know the beliefs of everyone in a company, whether Christian, Muslim, Jewish, Buddhist, Hindu, atheist, etc. And I don't think it's appropriate for clients to know a person's beliefs.

The Madeira sauce for the grilled ham was cold and very thick (there is always the same sauce) which caused us difficult digestion, too bad no other sauces were offered.
