Flunch customers throughout France, we found it very clean and well organized despite the crowds, the tables are cleaned with care. Cooking fish on the perfect grill. Pleasant and professional staff who work hard to reduce waiting time at the buffet and setting up tables. Plus the smile and friendly words from the cashier host. The people of the North are incredible, even with the stress, the team of this flunch has a smile. The manager is at the top in managing his restaurant. (We took a detour on the road to come to this flunch once again).

We ate quickly, what a shame. It was too much too hot, extremely unpleasant to eat in such conditions. Uncooked mussels, several brought back to you were made by customers.

Too bad there aren't yet any terminals like in your other flunch. This would avoid a queue reaching the middle of the gallery and better management of orders and preparations. Otherwise a very nice place!

Very welcoming staff, cleanliness of the restaurant and quality of the products. I recommend!!

I went there on a Saturday afternoon and it was crowded, I go there quite regularly and I must say that this time the lady who served us was very unpleasant, dry and cold with the customers. I was unpleasantly surprised by her attitude, I had a €5 voucher to use but I hadn't noticed that it was from 6:00 p.m., please explain that to me kindly, she answered me very sharply “it’s not before 6:00 p.m. it says on it!!!”. Taking the order was an unpleasant moment until the end, it is the first time that we have been treated like this at the Flunch in Lens, the people who were in front were entitled to the same treatment. If this lady is bothered to work on a Saturday or customer facing, she would do well to ask for a position where she is not customer facing, as it reflects poorly on the company. Fortunately the rest of the staff is friendly and smiling so you can have a nicer time than with this lady.

You open at 11:30 a.m....as is often the case, waiting for certain dishes this Friday...more than 15 minutes...if you don't know how to be ready for 11:30 a.m.......open at 12 p.m.....
