The welcome was good, but I expected to find tartiflette on the menu, as I had seen on their website. However, the fries were lukewarm and there wasn't enough vinaigrette dressing for the salad.

Clean, not bad, but I'm disappointed that when a meal item (1/4 chicken) is out of stock, even though it's part of a loyalty program and you've activated your coupon, they don't offer any solution other than the right to use it within the month. Firstly, there should be a sign announcing the out-of-stock situation, and secondly, they should have something planned in place or offer a refund of the points. I didn't appreciate being told I'd activated my coupon before paying, as if it were my fault... frankly, disappointed 😮‍💨

Flunch - Quick meal on a Saturday at 11:45 am during the holidays. The food was decent, the fries were very good, as in all Flunch restaurants. It's not bad, and it's Flunch, so it's standard quality fast food, nothing more, nothing less. The decor isn't bad; there are much worse places. The seats are very comfortable. Overall, a perfectly acceptable rating since there were no particular problems. I don't understand so many negative reviews, but I was only passing through, so perhaps we were very lucky. 40 euros for 3 people including a main course, a Coke, and a coffee.

It had been a long time since we'd been to a Flunch. This experience brought back fond memories. The service was efficient, like an upscale cafeteria. The simple dishes offered excellent value for money, easily surpassing fast food in terms of choice, balance, and satiety! And with a drink and dessert included for everyone, it's a no-brainer!

Very wide selection at lunchtime. The only problem was that after finishing the meal, the toilets had been moved without any prior notice, even though the staff were informed. There was no soap, and I was told someone would come by within the hour to do it.

A mixed bag overall. There were no mussels tonight, even though they were supposed to be available today. The vegetable selection was very limited—only 7 or 8 choices, including just 2 pasta dishes...and they weren't very good either. The spinach, for example, had little flavor and was just waterlogged. The cutlery and plates were all dirty. The staff was friendly, especially the person preparing the desserts.

I went with my family on Sunday evening, August 16th. I'm usually never disappointed, but that day, my disappointment was intense. An advertisement, as usual, made my mouth water, promising all-you-can-eat mussels. I took my whole family there for a nice time, but most importantly, to eat my beloved mussels. Unfortunately, when I went to the register, I was told they were out, that they had received many orders over the weekend and therefore didn't have enough. The cashier, very apologetic, offered me another all-you-can-eat option, but unfortunately, it wasn't something I liked. Anyway, I had come specifically to eat mussels, and I left with an XL hamburger and fries in my stomach. It was very good, but I could see the customers around me who were lucky enough to have mussels on their tables. Apart from that, everything went well, but I was still disappointed.

Nice and inexpensive, but the staff were overwhelmed despite their efforts.
