Consistent with other Bocuse brasseries.
A bourgeois establishment in a very elegant setting with a view of the kitchens.
The rice pudding was excellent.
However, the main course (pork loin) was too small for me in terms of portion size. I remember the portions being much larger in the North of France.

Expensive for the food served... I chose two €59 set menus... no small aperitif was served, and we barely had time to drink it before our starter arrived... set menus, aperitif, three glasses of wine, and two coffees came to €192... Luckily, the waiter was friendly....

A Tuesday at midday, the first rays of sunshine.
A pleasant visit, a wooded park promising a blooming spring. A lovely terrace surrounded by a verdant lawn.
But above all, it's a brasserie that's well worth a visit, for its quality cuisine and warm welcome.
The varied menus offer a wide selection...quality ingredients, perfect cooking.
It's an experience that comes at a price...but once or twice a year...it's not to be missed.
Finally, the best way to enjoy "Fond Rose" is to come during the week...Weekends are very busy.
