I came with my girlfriend for her birthday. No disappointment whatsoever, quite the opposite. Quick and efficient service. The waiters and waitresses took the time to suggest wines that perfectly complemented our meals. Simple but delicious cuisine. I recommend it for any special occasion.

A magnificent setting under a giant tree, a welcome gentle breeze, and the waiter moving the parasol onto the grass to provide us with the best possible shade: perfect! As for the food, it was flawless! The chilled zucchini velouté with duck tataki... the fish was perfectly cooked on a lengthwise slice of yellow zucchini (a lovely presentation!). The seasonal fruit salad might have benefited from a light vanilla whipped cream... but it was wonderfully chilled!

A delightful experience enjoying the fish from the elegant menu. The service was friendly, smooth, and efficient, without being rushed. Despite the restaurant being quite busy both inside (thankfully air-conditioned) and outside on the terraces.
We'll be back!

A truly wonderful place, impeccable cuisine (the sweetbreads are to die for!), attentive and kind service. This restaurant is definitely in my top 10 in Lyon.

We returned to Fond Rose for a birthday celebration. The atmosphere was wonderful; in fact, there were several birthdays taking place, and all the customers joined in the festive dessert. The food was delicious, and we received excellent service. The service was good and quick. Fond Rose is a sure bet for both its cuisine and service, in a beautiful setting and at a reasonable price.
