This place is pure bliss! A superb, bucolic, and intimate setting. In the kitchen, Chef Collis is a true artist who knows how to delight both the palate and the eyes. In the dining room, Johann performs brilliantly and, as a bonus, treats us opera lovers to a remarkably performed aria. Fossé Saint Ange is pure bliss! Bravo and thank you to this sparkling duo.

Le Fossé Saint-Ange was a real find. The menu offers only two starters, three main courses, and two desserts, but they are all of exceptional quality. A place seemingly untouched by time. The service is attentive, and the owners are incredibly pleasant. We'll definitely be back! Just remember to make a reservation.
