Two overnight stays at this establishment, and no disappointments whatsoever. Excellent food. The staff is friendly, welcoming, and attentive. I highly recommend it to all travelers: technicians, salespeople... don't hesitate to make a slight detour.

A perfect overnight stop between the Pyrenees and the Ardennes. The staff were incredibly welcoming, friendly, and attentive. The location is steeped in history, as is the hotel itself, situated on a beautiful 17th-century square. The room was comfortable, the regional cuisine was refined and delicious, the wines were excellent, and all at reasonable prices. The breakfast was plentiful and varied. We highly recommend this establishment and can't wait to return.

Passing through Richelieu for the Christmas market, I had a wonderful and delicious discovery at this restaurant. The welcome was very friendly. The chef and the waitstaff deserve high praise. Absolutely top-notch! 🥲

26/04/2026: Arriving late on a Saturday evening, we entered a meticulously maintained and elegant establishment. A warm welcome, the dining rooms were packed. A menu of quality and refinement. A fine wine list. The lamb was cooked to perfection and its pairings were simply magnificent. An endless delight. The prawn ravioli could benefit from a new approach to enhance the cooking. We finished with a creamy chocolate and fennel dessert... we didn't want the plate to end... a true delight. The Côts wine perfectly complemented our culinary journey. Bravo to Chef Collis! Thank you to Johann for putting up with us in the dining room and for his excellent recommendations. I'll conclude with a truly remarkable lyrical surprise that elevated the dishes and transformed the atmosphere. 🎼🎼🎼 A wonderful time with friends.
