Fossé Saint Ange sur Richelieu

I could not have wished for a better birthday dinner than the experience that my partner and I had at this marvellous restaurant. Possibly the finest meal I have ever had. I turned 67 that night! We will definitely return to Yohann and Collis's place and with luck before my 68th birthday . . . N.B. You really have to book as it's becoming renowned.

A warm and inviting setting with old-world charm. Refined and delicate cuisine, executed with excellence. Pleasant service, and a magical interlude from one of the two managers, who performed an operatic aria. A truly magical and unforgettable moment that added even more pleasure to the meal. I thank the entire team for their kind attention and for sharing their passion for cuisine and art with us.

In the company of friends who are regulars, we had a magical evening. Everything was perfect. A wonderful welcome, top-notch service, an expert chef, and a stunning little surprise at the end of the meal. I highly recommend it!

Great restaurant, though the dining room is a bit small.

A charming little restaurant. Incredible food, a warm welcome. A fun wine guessing game, a mini private concert by the owner that created an even more special atmosphere (what a voice!!!). Thank you for this unforgettable experience, you're amazing! Thank you chef, thank you artist!

Located in the town of Richelieu, this restaurant fully deserves its Michelin star for its creative cuisine with surprising yet successful combinations, precise cooking (cod, pork belly), flavorful appetizers, and indulgent desserts (chocolate cream or raspberry and avocado tartlet). The welcome was warm, the service pleasant, though a little hesitant (the terrace was full that evening, and a thunderstorm disrupted the meal). Excellent value for money, with well-chosen wines by the glass.

Third visit and never disappointed! In the kitchen, Collis creates elegant dishes, blending tradition and innovation with a skillful use of spices. In the dining room, Johann provides attentive and relaxed service. The young waiter who recently joined the team is also very pleasant. Together, the three of them will ensure you have a wonderful time!
