Franco-Egyptien sur Foix

Enjoyed with the royal, the ouch touch not to displease me (I say that in case there are some who don't like the ouch)

We ordered pizza. Fast service and above all the pizzas were excellent!!

Neapolitan pizza to take away, very few anchovies and the dough is thin it's good but not very good, lack of semolina possibly with the flour or too much water.

Very good pizzas and attentive team. Perceived waiting time a little long but it was worth it because the dough was not too thick, and the cooked filling was delicious. Do it again!

As soon as I go down to Ariège and pass through the town of Foix, I don't miss eating at Shams, the pizzas are excellent, and you can see them coming out of an oven, which really looks like a wood oven, the dishes designed by the owner who is Egyptian, cannot be found anywhere else, notably his famous Egyptian-style rice, and a mention for the bamia stew of lamb and cuttlefish a la plancha!! And the portions are generous, and it's always with the smile of Saïd the boss!! My goodness, it’s a must-see place in Foix!!

We had a great time! We came in as a large group of Americans and the owner and staff were so gracious. The salad chevre was amazing, highly recommend. We also ordered 5 different kinds of pizza and all were good. The owner even brought us digestifs following dinner. Great place!

Perfect pizzas and service. 4 star for the atmosphere because the saxophone is a little heavy.

Une fois de plus , sans surprise , son poisson au feu de bois accompagné de ses légumes , excellent . Ma compagne s'est également régalée avec un gratin d'aubergines délicieux . Et toujours cette sympathie de Saïd ainsi que son personnel . Je recommande vivement , franchissez la porte et régalez vous .
