We tested this concept of protein pizza: the bean-based dough is a change from “classic” pizzas but the whole thing remains tasty. The staff is pleasant. The prices are perhaps a little above average but Pure Vitaé Café & Proteines justifies them with fresh products and a menu displaying the Agriculture Bio logo as well as the French chicken logo. Are you ready to spend a few euros more to choose products that are healthier for you and the environment?
