This is a nice change from the Asian restaurants we usually go to! One of the best Japanese restaurants in Rennes. We had the sharing menu with yakitori, maki rolls, and a gourmet coffee and tea. The sparkling drinks were delicious! We'll definitely be back to try other dishes and highly recommend this place 😋!

Excellent service with extremely helpful staff.
The atmosphere is pleasant, almost like a bistro, and very friendly.
The food is of very high quality, and you can discover new products and, above all, unique combinations (some will like them, while others won't appreciate certain sauces; just ask what you'd like served with your order). The caramel pork was absolutely delicious!
Be aware that the portions are large, but the servers will be happy to advise you and offer half-portions of sushi, for example.
I highly recommend it.

Just steps from the Saint-Germain metro station, this little restaurant won us over. The dishes are generous and delicious, the prices are reasonable, and the service is impeccable!
I tried the tonkatsu and the gourmet tea, and they were a real treat. Be sure to make a reservation; they fill up quickly in this small room with stone walls. Expect to pay €30-40 per person. Enjoy!

Very good. The staff is really professional and friendly.
They just need a vegetarian option (hot in winter) for the main course.
For starters, there's an excellent seaweed salad and a tofu/rice specialty that I recommend.
Dessert: Simple Daifuki 🥰🥰🥰.

Great experience at Fuji!
The welcome was very warm.
We ate very well (and tried lots of things!).
The takoyaki were excellent, the chicken karaage too (and everything else, actually).
The tea service throughout the meal was lovely.
The new decor is nice.

We hadn't made a reservation, but we still managed to get a table.
The welcome and atmosphere in the restaurant were warm and inviting. The fish was fresh and delicious, and I also appreciated the fact that the tableware was Japanese, which isn't always the case. I highly recommend it.

We've been going to Fuji for Japanese food for decades. And we never once thought to leave a review!
We love everything about it: the absolutely lovely people, the refined and delicious cuisine, the intimate atmosphere.
