Bonne expérience , service agréable. Temps d’attente un peu long mais les sushis sont bons. Good experience, pleasant service. The wait time is a bit long, but the sushi is good.

We ordered for the first time. The sushi and makis were very good and well stocked. Plus, we got a little bonus with a free beer. In the top Everyone was ready when we arrived.

Officially my favorite restaurant. Unlike other Japanese restaurants, there is a real superior quality of products, and that makes all the difference in the flavors. Generous with quantities. I recommend this restaurant a thousand times.

Very good fresh and tasty sushi.

My recent dinner was a lackluster experience. Upon arrival, I was greeted by background music from Japanese anime, which, although thematic, was a bit overwhelming and too distracting to fully appreciate the ambiance of the restaurant. Additionally, the waitress, although competent in her duties, lacked familiarity with the menu, which led to confusion when ordering my port. A smile would certainly have been welcome to make the interaction more pleasant. However, once these service adventures were over, I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the cuisine. The sushi was fresh, tasty and well prepared. Unfortunately, the port I ordered turned out to be very untasty, which was a disappointment. In summary, despite some service flaws, I would recommend the Fuji Sushi restaurant for its quality dishes. However, a more subtle adjustment of the background music and a warmer smile from the staff could improve the overall experience.

Takeaway order: ready on time, nice little touch and very good. I recommend.
