An exceptional experience! Everything was perfect: exquisite food, professional and friendly service, judicious pairing of local wines, ambiance, and atmosphere. Of course, the price is quite high, but no regrets whatsoever, just the desire to return in a few months.

A Japanese restaurant bursting with flavor. Four-star service. Very attentive, charming, and empathetic. One minor drawback: the arrival of a couple where the woman was wearing an excessive amount of Guer perfume... ...that ruined the delicious raw fish 😭😭😭 Aside from this inconsiderate customer who wouldn't be welcome in a Japanese restaurant, Nobuki is a huge favorite ❤️ Above all, remember to make a reservation. どうもありがとう

Simply the best Japanese restaurant in Tours. The appetizer, main course, and dessert were incredibly delicious; I had a wonderful time. And I ate the best chicken katsudon I've ever tasted. Go there with your head down and your stomach open!

29/03/2026: The welcome and service were excellent, with a particularly pleasant and attentive team. Special mention for the pork ramen, which was truly delicious and flavorful. A big thank you to the staff for their kindness; we will gladly return! 🍜
07/03/2026: The fish is of superior quality, totally different from what you buy in cheap sushi shops. They served the food fast, were nice to us and gave us a little extra entree for free. Plus, the chef is working right in front of you if you sit at the counter.
