An unparalleled and indescribable culinary delight.
Prepare yourself for an emotional experience imbued with lightness and sensitivity.
The flavors are precise and balanced, the staff attentive, and the atmosphere hushed. It's certainly an investment, but well worth the trip and the sheer wonder.

Pure bliss. The food was excellent and the staff very pleasant. Good selection of sake, and it was well preserved. Special mention for the desserts, inventive and superb.

A truly wonderful experience at Nobuki Japanese Table. The ambiance is refined and elegant, with a particularly pleasant atmosphere. The service is impeccable, attentive, and discreet, perfectly complementing the setting. The dishes are delicate, flavorful, and beautifully presented. I highly recommend this restaurant for a delightful experience in a high-quality environment. I will gladly return.

Found thanks to Michelin recommendations. The exceptional service deserves to be highlighted. Delicious chirashi with excellent rice, flavorful miso soup, a satisfying salad, and delicious, elaborate desserts.

Having wanted to try this restaurant for a long time, my opinion is mixed.
The dishes were truly excellent and definitely worth the experience, but the ambiance doesn't seem to live up to the intended standard.
The lack of air conditioning (it was broken...), the noise level (a large family table was seated that day), and a few other details prevented it from meeting the expected level of quality. If I go back, I'll order takeout, to enjoy a more refined experience at home.
