Always delicious and the kids love it every time. Perfect for a family evening.

My wife's suggestion to go eat the best burger around Sélestat -Barr - Obernai. Large choice of all kinds of burgers, even vegan. I've been chef in kitchen so it was easy to find that steak was handmade. As well as duck meat marinated so much good ! (Ordered burger with duck). All the ingredients was rich and good cooked, I tried to find something what I didn't like, but I find nothing. And it's a very important thing when it comes to burger. I've asked blue cuisson, it was perfectly blue. My lady asked saignant, it was perfectly saignant. French fries - absolutely home made and I think guys used animal fats to make it golden colour and crunchy. My lady took New Yorker, aïoli sauce killer, poitrine fumée so much delicious, can't add any other words. Just for ppl who doesn't like sweet taste, you can ask to remove la confiture de figues from duck burger, coz to my taste I find steak so delicious and duck itself so much well done, that figues taste was not interesting with steak. (BTW duck is almost always served with figues coz it goes with it so much good). But with steak it's lost. Another good mark here, Jimmy the dude who served us nice welcoming and smiling, he never hesitates to come and talk with you openly, giving advice and takes care of his clients, asking if all's good goin'. It's so rare that I give 5 stars to any restaurant, but this was I can say one of the best burgers I've ever tasted in France. Decoration warm, wooden style, large bar and nice atmosphere, music not loud (very important) and good taste of it (also very important). Thx for your chef and everyone who participate to give nice time to clients, we'll come back soon again. We came at Sunday evening, a little bit surprised coz nobody around, no clients and food and service is very good!! Prices are so much correct as well. Maybe it was too hot? Or Sunday ppl goes out from city? I'd like to see many people there, guys deserve to get more clients. Oh yes, guys if you like an IPA you have to try Brooklyn IPA.

The burgers are very good, the prices are reasonable, and they accommodate special requests. Don't hesitate to go on a weekday evening when they're less busy and the service is very fast.
