I had a wonderful time at Domaine Seilly, tasting their white and sparkling wines and visiting the cellar. They also have an excellent white grape juice that I highly recommend trying!

Amazing place. Marc, the owner made a tasting experience very special. He opened so many wines for us, took his time to explain everything so well. This was truly a special experience that is hard to find anywhere else. I highly recommend a visit. The wines a spectacular.

05/05/2026: We went for lunch at this little restaurant tucked away in a courtyard. We'd heard great things about it from several people, all very positive, and wanted to try it for ourselves! Everything went perfectly, from the warm welcome by Aline to Christophe's delicious cooking. For an aperitif, we had a cocktail made with gin, Gariguette strawberry purée, preseco, mint, and lemon 🍋‍🟩. Simply divine!! For our main course, my husband ordered the roast rabbit with whole-grain mustard and tarragon... he loved it! I had the beef tataki with two types of sesame seeds... it was absolutely delicious! The service was very pleasant, the food excellent, and the staff very friendly. An experience to be repeated! Thank you both! See you soon!

Each course was a culinary highlight, beautifully presented and of the highest quality. The recommended wine perfectly complemented the meal. Everything was simply wonderful. The service was incredibly friendly, attentive, and courteous. They ensured we felt completely at ease and had a fantastic evening. Thank you so much! Highly recommended.
