Surprising, refined, and delicious cuisine made with excellent ingredients, served by highly professional, friendly, and welcoming staff. The outdoor setting is pleasant and quaint, although, unfortunately, the heat prevented us from fully enjoying it. Bravo!

Last weekend (Friday, June 19, 2026), we returned to Thierry Schwartz for the second time within a year. Once again, it was an unforgettable experience. From the moment you walk in, you feel the warmth of the hospitality and the attention to every detail. The dishes are refined, creative, and perfectly balanced, while the wine pairings elevate each course to an even higher level. The combination of exceptional cuisine, outstanding service, and beautiful wines makes this restaurant truly special. This is not just dining out; it is a complete experience. An evening where everything comes together perfectly and where you are transported into another world for a few hours. We will definitely be back. Five stars are simply not enough! The best part is the lovely, attentive staff. The cuisine is very inventive, offering delightful surprises, like bread baking during aperitifs and butter made right in front of you. I have some reservations about the "natural" approach to the dishes and wines, which strives for originality without always quite succeeding. I would have preferred something less rustic, more indulgent and classic.

A magnificent, immersive, and nature-focused experience! From the moment we arrived, the setting was splendid and the welcome exceptional. A huge thank you to the staff, whose kindness and professionalism were remarkable. The nature-centered concept, evident in the decor, tableware, and dishes, is a true success. We loved the interactions and the team's fascinating explanations, especially about bread making and butter churning. As for the food, the dishes were delicious and beautifully presented. While the natural wines weren't necessarily to my taste, the non-alcoholic options (kefir, kombucha, etc.) were absolutely excellent and original! The only slight drawback was that, although everything was technically perfect and expertly executed, it lacked that "little something extra," that spark or surprising flavor on the plate to make it a truly exceptional experience. It remains an excellent place to discover.
