Our 6th or 7th visit to Thierry Schwartz's restaurant. We had already tried this 5-course menu, but this new version particularly impressed us! An excellent cream soup, incredibly tender venison, a horseradish and vanilla dessert... and much more. A restaurant to visit again and again.

Excellent and exceptional food and equally excellent service.
I found the ambiance, in keeping with the food, to be very natural.
However, my personal opinion is that a little more decoration, especially on the tables, would have made the atmosphere more inviting!

A magical dinner – vegetarian, admittedly, but as advertised – in the greenhouses of the market gardener who supplies the restaurant. Beyond the perfect pairings and the quality of the experience, the commitment to short, high-quality supply chains is in harmony with the values displayed, embraced, and sincerely lived by Thierry and his team.

I particularly commend the young man who welcomed us with professionalism and, above all, kindness and courtesy, as it was our first experience in a Michelin-starred restaurant. A perfect 20 out of 20 for him! The cuisine was full of wonderful discoveries. Thank you to the entire team!

We had a great dinner here. All the dishes were very tasty and creative. The service was outstanding. We really appreciated the attention to detail. From the lead free handmakde wine glasses to the handmade plates.

I don't have much experience in this type of restaurant, however, I must say I had a wonderful time!
The menu left me a little puzzled, but the dishes pleasantly surprised me. They were prepared with great finesse and beautiful flavor combinations.
I never thought you could make a slice of watermelon look so good. The prices were rather high, but you can feel the high level of professionalism from the staff, both the waiters and the cooks. Not being from the restaurant industry, I don't necessarily realize the costs involved in offering such a meal. Don't hesitate to go and discover it; you'll have a wonderful time with people who will take excellent care of you.

On a beautiful day, I was welcomed for lunch outside. Everything about the presentation was truly natural, from the serving dishes and the food itself to the decor, the ambiance, and the attentive, unhurried service. And yet... what work and what precise, refined attention to detail went into achieving this result! I particularly appreciated your selection of non-alcoholic beverages. Thank you so much for this wonderful time spent at your establishment.
