Thank you for the very nice evening. The food was very tasty, the hand-blown glasses, the special cutlery - just everything. We will be back!

Superb restaurant combining modernity and the old. Cuisine with local products, inventive and original cuisine. Everything was good except a little too salty for my taste. Great discovery all the same.

Exceptional. Very successful 9-course menu. Products, cooking, coordination. The hyper attentive and very cheerful service, visibly happy to be there. Dizzying wine list but the Sommelier gave very good advice. Deserves more than a Michelin macaron.

Everything was perfect. Only the natural wines were not to my taste (very personal opinion)

Sublime du début à la fin ! Une très belle surprise ! Un vrai travail sur le produit. Chaque plat exalte de textures parfaites, de saveurs subtiles, de mélanges équilibrés. Le tout dans un cadre très nature et in service au top, professionnel et chaleureux. Un vrai bonheur !! Bravo à toute l'équipe.

Un excellent moment, une belle expérience où dès votre arrivée vous comprenez tout de suite que ce voyage gustatif va être magique. Merci pour ces saveurs subtiles, pour ce travail du végétal très réussi et pour l’amour des choses bien faites. Que ça soit le pain cuit au début du dîner, le beurre monté devant vous, la glace turbinée et servie à la cuillère… à chaque instant ce sont tous les sens qui sont émoustillés. Bravo! Une étoile au guide Michelin bien méritée ainsi que votre étoile Green. Une seule envie, revenir.

I give a 4 star review out of 5 Maybe we expected a wow experience and had higher expectations for a Michelin star restaurant and a green star restaurant to give 5/5 but it wasn’t the case for us. We had the pleasure in dining there for a 7 course meal. Some of us (3 people) were vegetarian and hence they accommodated us during reservation itself by making sure all of us (7 people) were served vegetarian food which was okay for us. The ambiance is really beautiful, an old Alsace house that is completely renovated. The wine pairing and non alcoholic pairing was not the best we had compared to what we had in other fine dining restaurants. It was not complementing to the dishes well. And, the empty wine glasses and empty glasses were not removed promptly from the table after each meal. It resulted in a table with more than 15 empty glasses. The desserts were outstanding! Fantastic. The cheese we were served was too strong that most of us could not finish eating it unfortunately. We liked the unique experience of churning butter in front of us to have it with freshly baked warm bread. The main courses and appetisers were okay. The staff were friendly, polite.
