Superb experience, some wonderful culinary discoveries, special mention to the flower and the watermelon! We were able to eat outside, which was very pleasant.

Unfortunately, the other tables had been cancelled, but despite that, thanks to the various servers, the evening was very pleasant.

This is an opportunity to thank you, Mr. Thierry Schwartz, and your entire team, for the wonderful time I spent last Friday at your restaurant. It was a truly delightful experience to be warmly welcomed and served with kindness, ease, and expertise. To discover… The simplicity, elegance, and refined taste of the space, the tableware, the linens… The selection of simple yet sophisticated dishes… I'm thinking of the spreadable sausage served with a light "bread," the glazed carrot accompanying the beef, the small black garlic cream… I loved the ritual of the bread and butter, and the thoughtful touch of seasoning… (a perfect example of zero waste)… The commitment to natural wines and to building quality networks in the heart of Alsace. I also appreciated that this wonderful experience ended with a very reasonable bill considering the exceptional quality of the service. All of this is quite rare. Thank you so much, and all the best! A fleeting lunch amidst the vineyards of Molsheim. An idyllic setting. The cuisine was precise and captivating. The only issues: the disparity in portion sizes between my partner and me. Throughout the meal, the portions served were truly unequal (a ridiculously small piece of meat for me and a generous one for my partner, a tiny zucchini for me, etc.). Another problem to mention: some of the soft drinks were too sweet, and the pairing with the dishes wasn't quite right. The sugar ruined the taste of the food. I think these are minor oversights that will be corrected. I recommend it for the quality of the service and the friendliness of the staff. The quality of the cuisine is exceptional; Mr. Schwartz is a true chef, he deserves his Michelin star. It's a shame to leave on such an ambiguous note. I'm sure the necessary steps will be taken. A truly unique experience, a perfect welcome, and courteous, discreet service. We especially loved Ludovic, who was so cheerful and pleasant, and Maria, who shared her background with us – a real pleasure. The sommelier's recommendations, the bread on the table as a welcome, and Juliette with her churn made for a truly special moment. A huge thank you for your thoughtful gesture on our wedding anniversary.

Surprising, refined, and delicious cuisine made with excellent ingredients, served by highly professional, friendly, and welcoming staff. The outdoor setting is pleasant and quaint, although, unfortunately, the heat prevented us from fully enjoying it. Bravo!

Last weekend (Friday, June 19, 2026), we returned to Thierry Schwartz for the second time within a year. Once again, it was an unforgettable experience. From the moment you walk in, you feel the warmth of the hospitality and the attention to every detail. The dishes are refined, creative, and perfectly balanced, while the wine pairings elevate each course to an even higher level. The combination of exceptional cuisine, outstanding service, and beautiful wines makes this restaurant truly special. This is not just dining out; it is a complete experience. An evening where everything comes together perfectly and where you are transported into another world for a few hours. We will definitely be back. Five stars are simply not enough!
