I particularly commend the young man who welcomed us with professionalism and, above all, kindness and courtesy, as it was our first experience in a Michelin-starred restaurant. A perfect 20 out of 20 for him! The cuisine was full of wonderful discoveries. Thank you to the entire team!

We had a great dinner here. All the dishes were very tasty and creative. The service was outstanding. We really appreciated the attention to detail. From the lead free handmakde wine glasses to the handmade plates.

I don't have much experience in this type of restaurant, however, I must say I had a wonderful time!
The menu left me a little puzzled, but the dishes pleasantly surprised me. They were prepared with great finesse and beautiful flavor combinations.
I never thought you could make a slice of watermelon look so good. The prices were rather high, but you can feel the high level of professionalism from the staff, both the waiters and the cooks. Not being from the restaurant industry, I don't necessarily realize the costs involved in offering such a meal. Don't hesitate to go and discover it; you'll have a wonderful time with people who will take excellent care of you.

On a beautiful day, I was welcomed for lunch outside. Everything about the presentation was truly natural, from the serving dishes and the food itself to the decor, the ambiance, and the attentive, unhurried service. And yet... what work and what precise, refined attention to detail went into achieving this result! I particularly appreciated your selection of non-alcoholic beverages. Thank you so much for this wonderful time spent at your establishment.

We came to celebrate my wife's birthday.
We thoroughly enjoyed everything from the amuse-bouche to the petit fours.
Special mention goes to the egg and the horseradish dessert—a pure delight, a masterful creation.
The service was outstanding. We were with our two-month-old baby, and the staff were incredibly attentive and caring.
Thank you so much; we will gladly return to visit you again next time we are in your beautiful region.

The three-course lunch menu was deliberately hidden on the menu. The markup on the Alsatian wines was outrageous, even though they were reasonably priced (6x at Kumpf Meyer, 5km from the restaurant!), but the wine list was still very good. The culinary experience was quite disappointing, and the portions were extremely small… thankfully there was bread and butter with all the associated ritual!
