We stopped by quite by chance… what a delightful surprise! At Chez Titin, the terrace sits right on the water's edge, overlooking the Thau Lagoon. Oysters are shucked fresh to order, and a Titin Spritz with Noilly Prat perfectly complements the lunch. The welcome is simple and direct; you can feel the passion of these oyster farmers. As we were leaving, we realized that the Maison Noilly Prat is just next door, on the old port. Edith, the manager, suggested we visit her century-old cellars. A truly authentic day celebrating local products!

Excellent meal, everything was perfect, there were seven of us... except the service was far too slow. I admit it was a busy Thursday evening, but waiting 40 minutes between the starter and the main course was ridiculous! As for dessert, we had to call them several times, not wanting to wait another few minutes. Despite the wait, the staff were friendly.

It's a dream location. You're right on the edge of the lagoon. Oyster beds stretch as far as the eye can see. Sète is on the horizon. But above all, the welcome is exceptional. It's warm and friendly. The tasting is delicious and plentiful. The brasucade (a type of grilled fish stew) that you watch being prepared over the fire in the fireplace is excellent. Highly recommended, even if you'd like to keep it all to yourself. Thank you and see you soon.

As always, an excellent brasoucade... a minor point about the lukewarm oysters, which lacked texture and therefore chewiness; a touch of chill on a bed of ice would have been perfect... ...but we'll still be back, as this establishment is truly excellent.

A nice restaurant where I discovered specialties I hadn't tried before thanks to the €22.50 tasting menu. It's located on the edge of the Thau Lagoon, where they farm their mussels and oysters. The terrace is pleasant on very hot days thanks to the sea breeze.

I've been buying my seafood here for years, and I've never had a problem. It's a family business. Tonight, we had a lovely time dining in at the restaurant. The restaurant is charming, located on the edge of the Thau Lagoon, with a magnificent view ❤️. It's authentic. The welcome is warm and professional, with staff attentive to customers and eager to ensure we have a pleasant experience. The prices are very reasonable and affordable. I highly recommend Coquí Thau to everyone...
