The friendliness and welcome of the couple, the lady in charge of the service, the gentleman in the kitchen, but who also visits his customers in the dining room, and the quality and generosity found on the plate make this restaurant an excellent address. Stopping in Fougères to break the road between Bordeaux and Lannion, the adjoining hotel, this restaurant and the Château de Fougères leave us with pleasant memories of this charming town.

Very warm welcome and very friendly service, very good tasting, the pork dish is a very nice discovery. Very good wine served by the carafe or by the glass.

My owners of hotel recommended this place. Food was good, classic French cuisine. Prices are reasonable. Portion of food was good enough. For adults, we enjoyed meal and service very much. 1 thing, they don’t have kids menu. So We had to consider what kids can eat. I know this place is not for kids but for tourist place to visit in Fougères if they had kids menu, we are really appreciate.

We came to this restaurant on May 1 during a national holiday. Recommended by our hotel next door. OMG! The food is absolutely amazing. All locally sourced - and very Breton cuisine! It is NOT a 4x$ place - the prices are very reasonable!! And portions are perfect. 140 Euro for 3 appetizers, three dinners, three deserts. Bottle of wine. 3 drinks before. And wow I just can’t describe how fantastic all the dishes were!

Quality basic products, prepared without flavor, without originality. The salad is not fresh and brown, the scrambled eggs from the aperitif served with slightly stale bread, are also found in the starter salad, the vegetables in the salad are the same in my vegetable dish. The region's cheeses are good.

A wonderful discovery, a passionate couple who welcome you warmly and with simplicity. Excellent cuisine made exclusively with local products and at an affordable price. A menu with few dishes, but these are so original that there's no need for more. A big thank you for your welcome and your kindness. I highly recommend it.

For my daughter's wedding, we were hosted at this lovely and welcoming establishment. The meal was perfect. The venue was fantastic.

Wonderful place run by two restaurant enthusiasts! This was our second time there and we're still just as impressed! Local produce is showcased, the kindness is endless, and you really feel at home. The dishes are fairly simple; don't go there for innovation, but for beautiful execution, expertise, technical skill, and perfect cooking. The prices are in line with the quality. A very good wine list with a passionate chef to guide you through the tasting. A platter of local cheeses and seasonal desserts is all you can eat. We will happily return.
