Two simple little coffees, we thought! But we were greedy because of the cheese being tasted by the owner, who also gave us a taste of a Pyrenean specialty.
So we ordered a cheese platter, which was fantastic with the delicious bread.
A most charming welcome in a lovely setting.
We'll be back to discover their menu.

We arrived mid-afternoon on Sunday, September 14th, after a rainy hike from La Bourboule. We were very kindly welcomed to eat and spend the night. Dinner is in an hour and a quarter! It should be great.
Go there with your eyes closed!

On a long hike along the GTVA, this hostel took us in despite being fully booked one lunchtime, which saved us for the rest of the trip. An obvious bonus is the quality of the food and service; we had a great time, and the staff was great. I highly recommend it.

Super friendly, welcoming staff, delicious homemade food, with vegetarian truffade available. One of us was vegan and was treated to a delicious vegan dish (we had called ahead).
We fell in love with the blueberry tart.

A group of 4 hikers, we spent 2 nights at the establishment and were simply delighted from the beginning to the end of our stay. From the welcoming owners to the quality of the food (a blueberry tart to die for, an incredible truffade, delicious picnics and so on) to the lodge itself which is ultra cozy and warm, everything is there to spend wonderful moments and create wonderful memories. We highly recommend it!
