A very pleasant restaurant, with extremely delicious and refined dishes presented with a flair worthy of a Michelin-starred establishment. And I mustn't forget the waitress for her exceptional kindness and gentleness during service. I recommend this restaurant 300%!

A wonderful discovery "this afternoon"... or should I say: 2:15 PM.... A huge THANK YOU to the Chef who kindly agreed to let us eat there, even though it was late, and to all the staff for their warm welcome and kindness. 👍 A place we'll definitely return to if we're ever in the area again. There were nine of us – the waitress was extremely patient and kind. The food was delicious, with homemade dishes and good value for money. A pleasant and friendly place – we'll definitely be back. Thank you for the impeccable service and delicious food.

A great spot for a simple lunch break, thanks to a reasonably priced menu. A starter and dessert were enough to satisfy us this August, with fresh and well-prepared ingredients. And the presentation was lovely too.

23/06/2026: Hotel booked for my first leg of the GR 30 hike. Lovely hotel in the village center, comfortable and welcoming. The room was very clean, and the bedding was excellent for a good night's sleep. Breakfast was plentiful and varied. The staff was friendly and welcoming. Dinner was eaten in the evening at the restaurant owned by the same person in the village: very good, appetizing food, and the staff was attentive and very welcoming.
11/06/2026: The room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and very pleasant. The mattress was particularly comfortable, which greatly contributed to the quality of our stay. Breakfast was varied and offered a wide selection. However, the food could be improved. During a multi-day stay with half-board, the lack of variety in the meals quickly became repetitive. Furthermore, the quality of the dishes did not meet our expectations: several items seemed to have been simply reheated rather than freshly prepared.

Gîte du Lac Servières

27/08/2026: Passing through during our trek on the GR 441, we enjoyed a delicious truffade in the evening and a hearty breakfast the next morning, even though we weren't staying at the gîte. It's a great place to stop after a day of hiking or cycling, or after a stroll around Lake Servières. The staff is very welcoming and friendly, the food is excellent, and the atmosphere is fantastic! We'll gladly return!
26/08/2026: We like you and have always eaten well at your restaurant. However, be careful not to let things get out of hand. After a hike with a guide, we recommended your restaurant to some tourists and accompanied them. It was noon. You gave them a deplorable, even surly, welcome. We can be thorough, but we should express it politely. You still had no one else to eat at the restaurant, and we asked if it would be possible to serve us an aperitif (for just two of us, as the others had already left...). Same answer. What a shame!
