06/08/2026: A true gem in the heart of the Corsican mountains! 😍 We had an absolutely exceptional time at Auberge A Vecchia Mina. The setting is simply magnificent, authentic, and peaceful; we just didn't want to leave. The welcome is just like the place itself: warm, genuine, and familial. The whole team is lovely, always smiling, and the owner deserves a special mention; his kindness and good humor made the experience even more enjoyable. And then… the food! 🤤 A festival of Corsican flavors. The migliaccioli are absolutely divine, the brocciu and mint omelet is simply incredible, and everything we tasted exuded quality, homemade quality, and a love for local products. It's the kind of place you dream of keeping secret… but it deserves to be known by everyone. If you're passing through Ghisoni, don't even hesitate: stop at Auberge A Vecchia Mina.
