I was there one evening during my June holidays. If you want to eat typical Corsican cuisine, there's no better place. A quaint place, we had the dinner menu, appetizers, and fritters. My wife had the lamb, and I had the wild boar with various side dishes. Everything was cooked to perfection, using genuine ingredients and meat raised by the owners. They're also kind and make you feel at home. The aperitif, made with white wine and myrtle, was excellent. We finished the evening with the desserts, which were spectacular. I repeat, everything is homemade. Best regards, Stefano, and see you next year!

Having been regulars in Corsica for over 25 years, we'd never really taken the time to try a proper Corsican inn! So we asked our local Corsican friends where we found the best place to discover Corsican specialties, and the answer was unanimous: L'Auberge de l'Inzeccha. The owner was incredibly welcoming, the waitress was fantastic—pleasant and funny! The prices are more than reasonable, and the portions are enormous (I'm a big eater and I couldn't even finish my plate, that's how big it was!). Go without hesitation! Thank you, Antoine, for this memorable evening!

Every time we come to Corsica, it's a real pleasure to eat at the Auberge de l'Inzecca.
The owner offers meats and charcuterie from his own farms. The menu features only carefully selected local products, prepared with great care.
It's delicious!
And be aware that the portions are very generous…
