Hello For several years we have been coming to dine at this friendly restaurant where we find generous and delicious food. The must-try leek fritters and the excellent homemade charcuterie are a real treat for the taste buds. Everything is good and plentiful. We come with family and friends, and they love it. The food is delicious, and Antoine and his team are incredibly welcoming... a must-visit for anyone who wants to eat well, deliciously, and authentically Corsican cuisine. Reservations are recommended! Bonus: the fruit wines served as aperitifs are truly unique. The restaurant also offers complimentary digestifs with a variety of original flavors.

Visiting with my family on August 21, 2026, and what can I say? It was wonderful and quite simply the best meal of our entire vacation. Antoine and his team were fantastic; the products are local and of very high quality, the restaurant is clean, and the service is exceptionally kind. The Corsican menu is a real culinary journey; we shared it as a family, and it was fabulous. Big greetings from Luxembourg.

We just left this excellent traditional Corsican inn: a superb welcome from the waitresses and also from the owner who took the time to chat with us! Not only is the location typical of the mountains with a stunning view, but above all, the dishes are very generous and delicious! An address to remember for a return visit! 06/08/2026: A true gem in the heart of the Corsican mountains! 😍 We had an absolutely exceptional time at Auberge A Vecchia Mina. The setting is simply magnificent, authentic, and peaceful; we just didn't want to leave. The welcome is just like the place itself: warm, genuine, and familial. The whole team is lovely, always smiling, and the owner deserves a special mention; his kindness and good humor made the experience even more enjoyable. And then… the food! 🤤 A festival of Corsican flavors. The migliaccioli are absolutely divine, the brocciu and mint omelet is simply incredible, and everything we tasted exuded quality, homemade quality, and a love for local products. It's the kind of place you dream of keeping secret… but it deserves to be known by everyone. If you're passing through Ghisoni, don't even hesitate: stop at Auberge A Vecchia Mina. You'll leave with a happy stomach, a full heart, and only one desire… to return! Thank you for this wonderful experience; we will be back with immense pleasure. ❤️

08/08/2026: Delicious and hearty homemade food. Great service, we felt right at home. Excellent service, clean bathroom. The dishes are made with local ingredients and the desserts are homemade. There's also a children's menu. We were treated wonderfully. We made the reservation the same day; it's recommended during peak season.
07/08/2026: A quick stop at this charming restaurant. Delicious traditional cuisine in an authentic village atmosphere. Lovely owner and waitresses. Highly recommended!
