04/10/2026: Excellent experience. The doughnuts as a starter were delicious. Six doughnuts! 🤯 Followed by a completely homemade burger. Magnificent. And to finish, a small chocolate mousse 🍫🍫🍫.

The food is simply outstanding – fresh, regional products, authentically prepared and bursting with flavor. This is exactly what you imagine real Corsican cuisine to be! The superb service also deserves special mention: incredibly warm, attentive, and welcoming. You feel at home from the very first moment. A restaurant with character, passion, and outstanding quality. For us, an absolute highlight and a must for anyone visiting the region and who loves Corsican cuisine. We will definitely be back! 06/08/2026: A true gem in the heart of the Corsican mountains! 😍 We had an absolutely exceptional time at Auberge A Vecchia Mina. The setting is simply magnificent, authentic, and peaceful; we just didn't want to leave. The welcome is just like the place itself: warm, genuine, and familial. The whole team is lovely, always smiling, and the owner deserves a special mention; his kindness and good humor made the experience even more enjoyable. And then… the food! 🤤 A festival of Corsican flavors. The migliaccioli are absolutely divine, the brocciu and mint omelet is simply incredible, and everything we tasted exuded quality, homemade quality, and a love for local products. It's the kind of place you dream of keeping secret… but it deserves to be known by everyone. If you're passing through Ghisoni, don't even hesitate: stop at Auberge A Vecchia Mina. You'll leave with a happy stomach, a full heart, and only one desire… to return! Thank you for this wonderful experience; we will be back with immense pleasure. ❤️

27/08/2026: Hello For several years we have been coming to dine at this friendly restaurant where we find generous and delicious food. The must-try leek fritters and the excellent homemade charcuterie are a real treat for the taste buds. Everything is good and plentiful. We come with family and friends, and they love it.
