We tried this restaurant for the first time and were very disappointed. Although the service was quick, the waiters weren't friendly and didn't seem very persuasive. Not to mention that we overheard the head waiter (or so we assumed) making remarks to the other waiters throughout the meal. My steak tartare was tasteless, and the breaded escalope was full of gristle—and without a meat knife, it's difficult to cut! I'm very disappointed because the reviews say otherwise.

Dinner in July. We had the daily special and a mixed salad, a simple but very good meal. We were seated immediately without a reservation. The best part: the very pleasant and attentive staff, as well as the view of the Meuse River.

For a first visit, very satisfied. Excellent food, fast service. Perhaps a young seasonal worker serving drinks lost our order, but we all have to start somewhere, and then his smile made us smile too. 😁 Beautiful view. Very friendly and pleasant staff. The prices are reasonable; it's worth it.

14/07/2026: Classic Northern French cuisine in a beautiful, classically decorated setting. Not cheaply priced. A few years ago the dishes were sloppy, but now they are beautiful, good-tasting dishes. Small menu but well-balanced salmon and also sweetbreads (which you don't find everywhere) with a lovely sauce. Worth a try.
07/07/2026: A truly wonderful experience. Quality products, attentive service, a beautiful setting, lovely terrace. I recommend it 100%. (The Belgians with the little dog 😊)
