Classic Northern French cuisine in a beautiful, classically decorated setting. Not cheaply priced. A few years ago the dishes were sloppy, but now they are beautiful, good-tasting dishes. Small menu but well-balanced salmon and also sweetbreads (which you don't find everywhere) with a lovely sauce. Worth a try.

Lunch today for five people. Very pleasant staff, excellent service. We had a very good meal. Special mention for the personalized cocktail prepared for my daughter according to her tastes. A lovely touch! We will gladly return.

I've already had the pleasure of dining at this gourmet restaurant in Givet. At lunchtime, they offer a very affordable set menu, which is a real plus. The dishes are carefully prepared, beautifully presented, and delicious, with decent service. However, for me, the lunch menu is more "accessible" than truly gourmet in the fullest sense of the word. So, I'd like to return in the evening to try the more refined menu and experience it as a whole. In any case, it's a very good place: the food is excellent, and the value for money at lunchtime is outstanding. I highly recommend it.

Excellent value for money. Excellent dishes: the meat was cooked rare as requested, and the quality of the cut was superb; the fish was cooked very well. The side salad was just right; the little potato croquettes were delicious. From the appetizer to the dessert/cheese course, everything was delicious. Well done! The welcome and service were very friendly and professional, attentive to our requests. If you have any advice, please specify the available side dishes (potatoes, croquettes, fries, etc.). The setting is very pleasant. We will definitely return and highly recommend it. 3 aperitifs, a quarter bottle of wine, a glass of wine plus a quarter bottle of sparkling water, and 2 set menus, for €133 – no regrets.
