Excellent! We tried the raw steak tartare twice (with very picky people) and the ribs once; everything was perfect and homemade. I had seen a comment about the portions, and I guarantee they are ample; I even had to finish my plate. The atmosphere is different during the day and in the evening, so you should try both. We ate there last night, a group of four. The decor was lovely and the location magnificent, right by the sea. A bonus was the valet parking service, which saved us an hour of searching for a spot. The meal was, for me, quite ordinary, and as a big meat lover, I wasn't impressed by the presentation and especially the selection of meats. At the prices they charge, I think we should be able to choose our cut of meat, and even offer two choices of ribeye steak? Compared to other restaurants, there's definitely room for improvement. The evening was very pleasant and the service impeccable. But for a restaurant that advertises itself on its meat, I was disappointed.

Very disappointed with the service and the food. Usually, the meat is excellent and perfectly cooked, with quality service.
Today was deplorable.
Regarding the service:
3 to 4 different people served us, resulting in many mistakes (one dish and two side dishes were missing, the sauce was mixed up, and they didn't know what dishes were being served, as well as a carafe of water that only arrived after several requests).
Regarding the food:
A 300g ribeye steak ordered rare arrived bloody, almost overcooked. After sending it back, it returned already sliced (odd), with a lot of fat, and still overcooked. I admit I didn't ask for it back; I accepted it. (It wasn't my day.)
Another order: a 250g ribeye steak ordered rare, also overcooked, flat, and fatty (I seriously doubt the product). It also had to be sent back to the kitchen to finally receive the correct product. (Thanks to the waiter who, unfortunately, wasn't serving our table.)
Finally, the French toast, which is usually amazing, was just okay (average presentation and, above all, soggy from the ice cream on top). I admit that if this were my first time at this restaurant, I wouldn't go back, but normally the service is professional and friendly, and the meat is cooked perfectly. Everyone has an off day, so I'll come back to see if it was just an exception.

Personally, I came for the spare ribs!!! 😂
For meat lovers, there's a good selection of beef!
For everyone else, there are pizzas (good choices)!!!
Even vegans have something to choose from.
The wine selection is adequate. There are two terraces, one with a sea view. The indoor seating is also pleasant, with a sea view. It's a great place to spend some time before a walk along the ramparts!

The meat was fantastic, even rare, you could cut it with a glance. The service was impeccable and incredibly courteous. The setting was beautiful, close to the sea; we were truly satisfied. Prices were commensurate with the quality. I absolutely recommend it.

After a nice walk on Les Remparts, the Golden Beef offers a delightful recovery moment, combining a true cocktail bar and about everything high range meat cooking can offer. In this temple of beef, I picked up the Friday's special: all fish. It was equally delicious.
