Golfe Taverne sur Calvi

The Cap Corse white spritz was disappointing.... Too many ice cubes for too little alcohol. The second one was worse than the first. So, not very tasty for €11. The beer was lukewarm. And you have to ask for peanuts. A shame, because it's a very nice place on the port.

Pleasant place overlooking the port, comfortable seating, quick order taking and service by a smiling and professional waitress, but a small dig at the friendly waiter who never brought us our carafe of water 🫤

Generous portions, with a view of the port and the citadel, always well served

We had a very good lunch today at a restaurant with a beautiful view of the harbor. The portions were generous and the waitresses were genuinely friendly, making the experience even more enjoyable. A lovely place to eat well with a beautiful view.

We had a wonderful time at Golfe Taverne in Calvi. There were three of us, and the crêpes were excellent: perfectly balanced and delicious, a real treat. Special mention to the staff, who were very polite, welcoming, and always smiling. Their good humor and cheerful greetings greatly contributed to making our visit enjoyable. However, a few things could be improved. The "Special Milkshake" was supposed to be tropical, but the banana flavor was so overpowering that we were still searching for the exotic touch. The Strawberry Melba ice cream also had a bit too much syrup, which masked the other flavors. Finally, the whipped cream unfortunately didn't seem fresh, which was a bit of a shame. Despite these minor issues, we had a great time and will especially remember the quality of the crêpes and the warm welcome from the team. A small tip for the staff would be appreciated!

We've been coming here for years, always receiving a very warm welcome, and we particularly enjoy the lunch, especially the chicken with its honey sauce. The salmon salad is excellent and very generous. Ideal location on the port.
