I tried pizza, pastries and coffee. The pizza dough is well baked, soft yet crispy and the topping is very delicious (especially the cheese). The pastry that I tried is not a croissant but similar to it (forgot the name!), again, tastes really good with cinnamon and sugar inside. I had a latte which tasted great as well. The staff were polite and spoke good English; unlike lots of places and cafes in Paris in which the staff ONLY speak French even when you tell that that you don’t speak French and can be a bit rude. I’ll definitely try it again!
Well priced lovely cakes, Paris brest was particularly good.
Take out only so we walked to seating by museum d'orsay, then decided to stand by the Seine as it was sunny there.
The pain au chocolat was very good. We took “une buche pistache” too but it didn’t taste like pistache at all. There is also no place to seat so you have to go to the next store to get coffee.
The frangipane and pear-chocolate king cakes are perfect. Look no further! Accompanied by semi-dry cider or apple-raspberry juice, around twenty of us enjoyed it!
