05/04/2024: I vomited in this Michelin star restaurant. What I thought was bad were the two main dishes, the sea bass and the roast quail. Overall, the chef had a lot of ideas for seasoning, but his basic skills were insufficient, he failed to make the meat tender. Let's talk about the bar first. I don't understand how you can make a bar this hard. If he had chosen to kill the fish on site and control the steaming time, or cook it at a low temperature, he couldn't have been so tough! When I steam fish at home, it is much more tender than this. Additionally, the chef removed the skin from the sea bass. It is with great sadness that I say this, because if only it had removed the fishy smell, the skin of the sea bass is much better than its flesh. The problem with roasted quail lies in the quail breast. It is very difficult to make poultry breast tender. This chef, not having this skill, should have avoided using the chest. If only he had served the quail legs, the dish would have been quite good. What finally made me vomit was the soft candy served after the meal. But the previously unpleasant main courses also played an important role. This restaurant was not entirely without merit. The dessert of ice cream and jam as well as the matching wines were very good. Especially the matching wine, every glass was delicious. If I had known, I should have just come for a wine tasting... Why did I come for the main courses... I vomited at this Michelin-starred restaurant. What I found unpalatable were the two main courses, the sea bass and the roasted quail. Overall, the chef had a lot of ideas for seasoning, but lacked basic skills, failing to make the meat tender. First, the sea bass. I don't understand how it's possible to make sea bass this tough. Whether he chose to steam freshly killed fish with precise control of the heat, or to cook it at a low temperature, it shouldn't have turned out this tough! The sea bass I steam at home is much more tender. Moreover, the chef removed the skin of the sea bass. It pains me to say that if only he had properly removed the fishy smell, the skin of the sea bass is much tastier than its flesh. The issue with the roasted quail was the quail breast. Poultry breast is very difficult to make tender. This chef, not having the skill, should have avoided using breast meat. Had he only served quail legs, the dish would have been quite good. The direct cause of my vomiting was the soft candies served after the meal. But the previously unpalatable main courses also contributed significantly. This restaurant was not without its merits, however. The sorbet and strawberry dessert as well as the accompanying wines were very good. Especially the paired wine, each glass was delicious. Had I known, I would have just come for a wine tasting... Why did I come for the main courses...

02/04/2024: A very beautiful moment, everything was perfect!! Nothing to complain about either the warm but professional welcome or the gourmet and creative cuisine.

02/04/2024: The presentation of the caviar trilogy is very pleasant and the caviars delicious. The accompanying Petrossian plate was also very good. As for the service, we waited a little too long and we especially regretted that no appetizer was offered to us with the bottle of Champagne that we had as an aperitif. (lack of class given the price paid elsewhere!) So we had to take some bites to share.

02/04/2024: This little out of the way cafe sits a short walk from Musee d’Orsay and boasts an authentic French atmosphere. Service here is friendly, and surprisingly quick. The menu changes daily, and we had the roast chicken with mashed potatoes, steak tatare with fries, and a sausage with mash. There could be no fault to be found with any of them - the chicken is perfectly done, succulent and juicy, falling off the bone. The tatare is unquestionably fresh, with a light spice, and zest from olives, pairing perfectly with the fries. The sausage was clearly a special of the day, made from stomach, and it was outstanding! A must-try for the adventurous Portions were generous (3 dishes were more than enough for a family of 4!)

28/03/2024: Excellent family restaurant! The dishes are well cooked, I loved the rabbit leg and the chocolate pear. The welcome is very warm. I recommend !

22/10/2023: A food truck like no other. The sandwiches are delicious, the cookies, especially sesame, irresistible, and the spiced tea is so good it tastes like mulled wine! Too bad there aren't 10 to crisscross Paris. Well done !

30/03/2024: A great discovery, a piece of Naples in Paris in the seventh. Real Italian pizzeria and with real Italian staff. Very kind and smiling.

21/03/2024: Chance sometimes does things well, we have just discovered this little Italian restaurant by chance, very warm welcome, there were 6 of us choosing pizzas, originality in the choice of ingredients, quality of the products, in short we are leaving delighted with this evening

06/04/2024: A taste slap in the face! What a joy to have walked through the door of this cozy and intimate restaurant discovered somewhat by chance in the 7th arrondissement of Paris (aux Invalides). A small menu, seasonal products and plates that are as beautiful as they are tasty. All with a warm, smiling welcome. Thanks to the whole team. We will come back, for sure! We tasted: white asparagus with wild garlic scallops, melting leek, bergamot, pistachio Comté ravioli, hazelnuts, heliantis, vin jaune and beef mousserons, button mushrooms, tarragon sauce.

06/04/2024: This cafe is dirty! We had a coffee there this morning around 9am. The terrace had not been swept and some (empty) tables were not clean. Cleaning could be done before welcoming customers (especially with the prohibitive prices). What a shame for this café located in the very chic Solférino district

03/04/2024: Restaurant to avoid, the dishes are expensive and above all not good, for example the goat's cheese and spinach lasagna, it was just béchamel and pasta, so bland, we are still looking for the spinach and the goat's cheese, lol, it's not yet a complicated dish to make. The beef tartate was just meat and ketchup, no preparation, no taste. The fries were lukewarm and very greasy, the oil was leaking under the pot... It may be homemade, but it's not cooked with passion! Very disappointed with this restaurant. The only positive point was that the server was friendly.

On a trip to Paris for work and were met by a very rude staffer who scowled at us for the majority of our dinner and looked annoyed at our presence . 3 out of 4 of us became physically sick the morning after eating here. Wouldn't recommend this place to the person I liked the least. I dislike leaving negative reviews but this was a must. Strongly feel like the poor service was due to being American but not sure. Getting sick was also a very large coincidence

Bagels are really delicious It's delicious, but the Nutella cheesecake is very sweet. Pumpkin soup tastes healthy When eaten together, it becomes Korean-style sweet pumpkin soup.
